I’m Jonas. Bitcoin has reshaped how I look at the world. Much of what I know today, I only learned because I went down the Bitcoin rabbit hole.

In many ways, Bitcoin has been my greatest teacher. It has taught me about money, economics, complex systems, cryptography, information systems, game theory, physics, energy grids, and much more. But it has also made me go back to first principles on things I thought I already understood. It has taught me to think more critically and independently.

Bitcoin is freedom technology—not just for your purchasing power, but also for your mind. But freedom comes with responsibility. It requires holding your own keys, verifying rather than trusting, doing the work, and thinking for yourself.

On my journey through the Bitcoin rabbit hole, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking deeply about the things I’ve encountered. As a side effect of stacking sats, I’ve also stacked many thoughts. Some of these I consider insights worth sharing. This website is where I do that.

These articles are honest attempts to understand things I consider important. Some are exploratory. Some might be wrong. If you find a mistake, disagree with an argument, or think I’ve overlooked something, I want to hear it. The same willingness to question things that brought me here should apply to my own work.
